ParentPay is the school online payment system that lets you make secure online payments by credit or debit card. You can also pay in cash at local PayPoint stores (these are currently located in Badhams Pharmacy, the Co-op and the Esso Garage in Bishop's Cleeve).
ParentPay is used by hundreds of schools to allow parents to make online payments for dinner money and school trips.
ParentPay went live at BCPA on 1st June 2015. We no longer accept cash and cheque payments, making the school a cash-free environment. Parents who need to continue making cash payments may do so using the PayPoint network at local convenience stores with a card issued by the School Office.
ParentPay operates on a similar basis to PayPal. You first need to load money onto your ParentPay account and then you can go into the account to allocate the money to different things e.g. lunches/trips. This will also allow you to save towards the more expensive residential trips in Year 4 and Year 6. You can do this before we have finalised the cost of these trips and then, once finalised, you will be able to allocate the money to the trip.
Most of our parents have found the system straightforward to use because it is very similar to making on-line purchases however, if you experience any problems at all please call into the office and we will help you. Alternatively, there is a help option on the ParentPay website. This can be accessed via Home/Parents/Using ParentPay/Help and Support where you can log a query directly with ParentPay.
